Advertising in the CIEEM magazine In Practice

In Practice is CIEEM’s quarterly bulletin posted out to nearly 5,000 members and subscribers in March, June, September and December.

Advertising in the bulletin will reach a target audience of professionals working in the ecology and environmental management sectors.

Adverts should be provided in TIFF, JPEG or PDF and of high quality (300 dpi). Note: In Practice is printed in full colour.

Deadlines for advertising bookings are the same as the article submission deadlines, which can be found here along with future themes.

Inserts
Single sheet A4/A5 - £460+VAT
For other sizes please contact jasonreeves@ieem.net for a direct quote.
Advertiser to provide 4,900 printed single page A4 or A5 inserts.
Inserts must arrive at the mail distributor (details on request) by the end of the second week of the month prior to the publication month.

Note: Please be sure to allow for plenty of time between our members receiving In Practice and any deadline that may be given in your advert. We recommend that deadlines are no earlier than the first day of the month after the publication month.

Advertising on the CIEEM Website

The CIEEM jobs page is for companies and organisations wanting to reach a target audience of ecologists and environmental managers.

Jobs Page, Contracts and Tenders Page - Advertising Service (all costs are in UK Pounds Sterling):

• Minimum of two weeks - £120 + VAT
• Each additional week - £40 +VAT
• Extended periods can be negotiated

Requirements for the advert:

• PDF or Word document (max. 500 words), which will be attached to the main jobs page
• Completed advertising booking form

Payment for a job advert must be made IN ADVANCE of it being displayed - the preferred method is by credit/debit card, but payment can also be made by BACS or cheque.

Advertising in the CIEEM CPD Training Supplement (In Practice Supplement)

The CPD Training Supplement is an opportunity to advertise external training to all members of the Institute, along with the external readership of In Practice, amounting to a readership of 5,000. The supplement is a stand-alone publication which will be distributed with the March 2013 edition of In Practice and which members and others may refer to over the year.

Advertising in the supplement will reach a target audience of professionals working in the ecology and environmental management sector.

The costs of advertising in the 2013 CIEEM Training CPD Supplement are listed below.

Artwork should be supplied in high-res (300dpi) TIFF, JPEG or PDF file format. Please email to jasonreeves@ieem.net or send on CD to the CIEEM office.

Advertising at CIEEM Conferences

Opportunities are available for advertisers to include leaflets or other material in delegate packs and also to have stands at CIEEM conferences.

Inserts in delegate packs: £150+VAT (max. size single page A3 folded to A4)
Exhibition stand at conference: £400+VAT
