Overview

When conducting baseline surveys one needs to be able to identify over 40 species of plant for which it is an offence to transplant into the wild. This course will introduce you to all of these invasive alien plant species, except the seaweeds. There will be opportunities to look at many (but not all) of these plants in the field.

  2. Be able to identify invasive plant species
  3. Understand some of the control measures for invasive alien plants
