Governing Board Vacancies

The Governing Board has overall responsibility for the strategic management of CIEEM. Governing Board members are elected by the Chartered Institute’s membership at the Annual General Meeting. Their role is to ensure compliance with the objects, purposes and values enshrined in the Royal Charter and By-Laws and to manage the strategic direction, financial management and policies of the organization.

The Governing Board meets four times a year and is led by the President (who chairs the Board), supported by the Vice Presidents for England, Scotland, Wales and the island of Ireland, the Honorary Treasurer, the Honorary Secretary and five additional Members.
