Membership Renewals

CIEEM membership subscriptions are due on the 1st October each year. To ensure you do not miss out on any of your membership benefits please ensure you renew by this date.

As a member it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant insurance needed to practice. By renewing you are agreeing to abide by CIEEM's Code of Professional Conduct. We advise all members to familiarise themselves with the latest version if they have not done so already.

How to pay

We offer members a number of ways to pay their membership subscription.

1. Direct Debit – Members of Qualifying grade and above that hold a UK sterling bank account can spread the cost of their annual membership by paying by Direct Debit. We have a number of payment frequencies available: more information is available on our Direct Debit webpage.

2. Online via the members' area - this is the quickest and easiest way to renew. Once you have received your renewal invoice, log into the members' area and you will be able to pay off the subscription balance by entering your card details. Please do not attempt to pay before you have received your invoice as there will be no fee visible. Do not forgot to check your junk folder as they can end up in there.

3. Bank transfer - please ensure you quote your invoice/reference number within the reference. Failure to do this will mean we will not be able to allocate the payment and your subscription will remain unpaid. Our bank details will be provided at the bottom of your renewal invoice.

4. Members based overseas - If you are based outside the UK, but within the EU, it is now possible to pay your subscription in Euros. Please call the Membership Team on +44 (0)1962 868626 to do so. Please note, a small processing fee will apply. To view a copy of our Euro pricelist please click here. Alternatively, you can pay in Euros via bank transfer. Our IBAN and SWIFTBIC details are provided at the bottom of your renewal notice. Please ensure you quote your invoice/reference number when making payment.
